You both love the outdoors so why not hit the trail together? The individual race pages will tell you if they are suitable and you can also find them below. All dogs must be kept on a harness throughout the race and are the responsibility of their owners. We recommend researching in to the best harnesses available to allow your dog to run in comfort. Races which are marked as ‘dog friendly’ are due to the venues allowing dogs. Sections of the route may have stiles, free roaming live stock, steps and steep ascents / descents so worth bearing this in mind also.
If you fancy taking part with your dog, you can add a 'dog' on to your entry for £3 when registering online. All dogs are rewarded with a special dog medal once they cross the finish line.There are a limited number of dog entries per event (to help maintain a safe and fun experience for everyone) so you will only be able to run with your dog if you have added a dog to your entry when signing up.
Please note, our events are not canicross and we do not have separate results or rankings for those running with a dog.
